Things I Wish I Had Known Sooner About Gentenails! 💅🏻✨
If you're just starting out doing your own nails, there are many things you should keep in mind. Finding the right techniques and tips to get the best results can be challenging. Here are some important points that will help you make your nails perfect!
Choose the right tip size 📏
Choosing the right tip size is crucial for a successful result. The tip should fit perfectly from side to side on your nail. If the tip is too big, it will go over your nail, and if it is too small, it won't completely cover your nail.

Filling the tips 💧
Now we come to filling the tips. To get the right amount of Glugel, I apply a thin layer and move the brush along the edge. It is important that you never press the tips directly onto the nail. Instead, you should lift the tip slightly, place it on the cuticle and let the gel flow forward.

The right pressure and curing time ⏳
After applying the gel, hold pressure and allow it to harden for sixty seconds. Be careful not to use too much or too little gel to avoid bubbling. If you keep seeing bubbles under the tip, you probably didn't use enough gel. In this case you should simply use a little more gel.

Dealing with excess gel 🧴
However, if you've used too much gel and it's running out the sides, you should try working away the excess gel to prevent lifts. This is a common mistake that many make, but with a little practice you will learn to use the right amount.

Summary and final tips 📚
